1,100 square feet. One large open room with its own bar, kitchen space and bathroom, opening onto a spacious covered deck with roll-up doors — so the party is inside or outside depending entirely on the weather and how it’s going.
Comfortably seats 80. A covered outdoor space with a fireplace and two outdoor restrooms. This is where the live music, the reunions and the long spring evenings happen.

Social membership is $89 a month per household and includes member pricing on rentals of the clubhouse and pavilion — savings of up to $250 — plus free admission to member and resident-only events.
