A group playing together at Bartram Trail

Bring twelve. Bring 120.

Treat your group to the beauty and quality of Bartram Trail. Our staff has run enough of these to know where the day usually goes sideways — and to keep it from doing that.

Every kind of group, honestly.

Corporate outings, charity tournaments, church groups, family reunions, bachelor parties that need somewhere to be at 9am. We build packages that don’t require a tournament-sized budget.

We also design the day so the people in your group who don’t golf have something to do — the Pavilion, the range, the Tavern patio. Nobody should be standing around waiting for the scramble to finish.

Tell us the date, the headcount and roughly what you want it to feel like. Our friendly, experienced staff will take it from there.

Tell us the basics

Date, rough headcount, budget range, and whether you want a shotgun start or tee times.

We build the day

Format, carts, range balls, food and beverage, scoring, prizes. We’ll say what’s worth it and what isn’t.

You confirm the details

One point of contact, no runaround. Morgan Hayes coordinates events on our side.

Show up and enjoy it

We handle the logistics on the day. You get to actually be at your own event.

What we can put together.

01
The round itselfGolf
18 holes, par 72, across 6,706 yards of piedmont terrain. Shotgun starts, scrambles, best-ball, or straight tee times — whatever fits your group.
02
Catering from the TavernFood
Your menu comes from the same kitchen that cooks here every day. Breakfast before, lunch at the turn, dinner after — or all three.
03
Somewhere to gatherSpace
The Eagle Club for awards and dinner, or the Pavilion for 80 under cover with a fireplace. Both served by the Tavern kitchen.

Charity and non-profit events

We run dedicated programs for non-profit organizations. If you’re raising money rather than spending it, tell us that up front and we’ll work with you on the numbers.

Tell us the date and the headcount.

We’ll handle the rest of it.
